If the same person opens multiple accounts, bt222 reserves the right to close all those accounts immediately and cancel any bonuses. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device also falls under this policy.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

For the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.
• bt222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Separate terms and conditions may apply for specific promotions.

VIP Membership & Rewards

bt222's VIP program offers special benefits to our regular and loyal members. The program is divided into three tiers, and you advance based on your activity.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback and priority support

VIP tier promotions and demotions are determined according to bt222's own evaluation method. Cashback is calculated on actual wagers excluding bonuses and is credited to eligible accounts every Monday. There is no wagering requirement on cashback.

Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

bt222 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Abusing or manipulating bonuses or promotional offers
• Playing games with the help of software, bots, or automated tools
• Operating multiple accounts

10.2 Balance Refund

If an account is legitimately closed by bt222, the actual deposited amount (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the designated method. This process may be delayed in cases under investigation.

Limitation of Liability

bt222 is not responsible for losses caused by technical interruptions, internet disconnections, third-party system failures, or unforeseen technical issues. The user is responsible for the security of their own device and internet connection.
